1. Can you introduce yourself and The Real Her Boutique?

My name is Milan Urquhart and I am the owner of the The Real Her Boutique. The Real Her is an online boutique that offers trendy and affordable clothing for the woman with a love for fashion like myself. Although, it is an online boutique I do provide pick up/drop off service in the Philadelphia and tristate area.

2. How was The Real Her Boutique born? How did you start?

I recently moved back to my hometown Philadelphia after living in New York for a year and a half. In New York I worked at a clothing brand called Rosie Assoulin. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 I was let go and had to move back to Philadelphia. At first, I was very disappointed but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I wanted to continue my career in fashion but I didn’t know how. I had moved to New York to begin my career in fashion PR and I wasn’t going to let it go because of a pandemic. This is how The Real Her was born. I always wanted to open my own boutique but didn’t think I would do it so soon. In Philly there aren’t many stores to get clothes last minute if you have a special occasion, a night out with friends or lounging around the house and that’s what I wanted to provide.

3. What makes The Real Her Boutique different? Can you explain your products with details?

The Real Her Boutique is different because I try to sell pieces that other boutiques don’t have. I also sell quality products for an affordable price. My products are trendy and would be considered fast fashion. My boutique also ships same day or one business day after your make your order. You’re not going to be waiting weeks to receive your items like other boutiques.

4. What reactions do you get from your clients? Do they love your products?

All my clients return back so I take that as they love the product. Customer loyalty is very important and providing your customers with great service makes them want to return.

5. What are the advantages of The Real Her Boutique?

Some advantages of The Real Her would be our fast shipping which I stated previously, our wide range of sizes from small to XXL, our pick up/drop off option and super cute clothes.
