1. Can you introduce yourself and Mer Neith Collection?

Hi, my name is Otite I’m the founder of Mer Neith Collection a luxury wristwatch business based in the UK. Born and bred in London I’ve always believed that the legacy one leaves behind in such a city in the decision to build something great, can positively influence others to also pursue their dreams. I used the same vision and inspiration to set up Mer Neith Collection in June 2020, we provide high quality and uniquely crafted wristwatches to suit all fashion senses no matter your style or the occasion.

2. How was Mer Neith Collection born? How did you start?

For me, it has always been more than just selling nice watches that look appealing to the eye. I started planning Mer Neith Collection shortly after losing my first graduate job. I had seen the cycle of many graduates leaving university struggling to find opportunities, and people who were in a career they truly didn’t enjoy or bring them purpose. I felt the need to create a self-dependable foundation where I can build something long-lasting that can help me and inspire many people. That is when I came up with Mer Neith Collection, a brand with an ethos to ‘Make New Change’ also known as MNC. I’ve always had a genuine interest in wristwatches that are nicely crafted and affordable to the average guy like myself, so I decided to narrow down my ideas and start the long journey towards building my brand and before I knew it voila! MNC was born, the home of majestic timepieces!

3. What makes Mer Neith Collection different? Can you explain your products with details?

What makes Mer Neith Collection unique is our brand sincerity, the personality of our service is genuinely important to us and we always aim to ensure a personable relationship with our customers. What good is a selling a product or service if customers can’t reach out to ask questions, find answers, understand the brand, product and aftercare service more? I say not good at all! We’re a motivational organisation standing for positive change and play at part to be a driver of it, and this is why we’re keen to work with charitable organisations to support in making positive social impacts on the environment and those less fortunate around the world.
Our unique wristwatches adopt a skeleton design where you can visually see the crafted components of the timepiece. This is very different compared to the average watch as it helps to create a balance between the weight of the watch and the normal movement of your wrist giving it that perfect feel. Our wristwatches are uniquely crafted, relying solely on the natural hand motion through the day-to-day movement of your wrist to give it operating power. This automatic watch design as it’s known helps to ensure high quality throughout you owning the timepiece supporting its advanced design. Its design endurance simply means there is no reliance on batteries saving you time and money just to get things ticking!

4. What reactions do you get from your clients? Do they love your products?

Our customers give us amazing reviews! I can honestly say ever since launching, we’ve had positive and constructive feedback we can only use to improve. One thing I get often is how the wristwatch design appears so casual but sophisticated at the same time allowing our customers to wear the smartest or casual outfits to any and every occasion. There’s also always room for improvement and change and when our customers demand more, we always aim for Mer Neith Collection to deliver. We hope to break into selling women’s wristwatches soon and growing the portfolio of products. Watch this space!

5. What are the advantages of Mer Neith Collection?

We ship anywhere and everywhere from the UK using some of the world’s most efficient and international courier services. I have even made personal deliveries to customers who even live within my region just to try and take that extra step and show that we truly value them. I think this is a big advantage because I get to meet my customers and truly see their reaction face-to-face. It’s a feeling express shipping doesn’t give you as a business owner, just being able to say thanks to someone who has purchased from you, it is often overlooked.
