1. Can you introduce yourself and Silly Feet?
Lennon: I’m Lennon and Silly Feet is a company that Elle and I created to solve everyday shoe problems.
Elle: I’m Elle and Silly Feet is a company where we sell lots of different shoe stuff.
2. How was Silly Feet born? How did you start?
Elle: One day my shoes were really stinky and Lennon commented on them and thats when we had the idea to start our business.
Lennon: We started by coming up with an idea for the silly feet powder. We had samples made and smelled a few different ones and we ended up going with a bubble gum one because it smelt the best and thoughts kids would like it the most.
Elle: Later on we came out with grape lollipop also and now the powder is one of our best selling products.
3. What makes Silly Feet different? Can you explain your products with details?
Elle: We have a lot of different types of laces and shoe products that are fun and easy to use. Kids feel like its fun to wear and use because it makes their shoes smell like candy and the shoe laces are fun and decorative.
Lennon: A few of my favorite products are probably the rainbow shoe horn. I like this product because its different from others because of its unique colors. This makes it fun to look at and is one of our best selling products. Another one of my favorite products are the shoe sprays. These are super convenient because you are able to spray them in your shoes and leave. These work almost instantly and unlike the powder you don’t have to leave it in over night.
4. What reactions do you get from your clients? Do they love your products?
Elle: We get so much nice feedback and its so nice to read the comments and almost all of them are positive. They think its so fun and cool and their kids love it. It makes me really happy to read because I came up with it.
Lennon: Overall the feedback is pretty positive but we do get a few bad reviews here and there. We like to use to improve our products and make sure it is better next time.
5. What are the advantages of Silly Feet?
Elle: When my shoes get stinky or want cool new laces, all I have to do is ask my dad but also to be able to give to my friends because they think the products are cool and fun. I actually sent some to my friend today.
Lennon: Some advantages are it has helped me learn more about business which I will use when I am older.
Lennon: Age 12
